Artisan General Contractors fully rehabilitated this five-bedroom property. The scope included full kitchen and bath renovation, basement finishing, new LVT flooring and drywall, new lighting fixtures, and landscaping to restore the property to market-ready condition.

Location: Washington, DC

Completed interior renovations across four 3-bedroom units including trash removal, drywall repairs, flooring upgrades, bathroom refreshes, fixture replacements, and new appliance installation. The project also included repainting of hallways and common areas and exterior landscaping.

Location: Washington, DC

Renovated four multifamily units while three were tenant-occupied, addressed plumbing leaks, floor replacements, drywall repairs, bathroom updates, and kitchen cabinetry fixes. Exterior work included deck reinforcement, handrail addition, painting, and landscaping.
